homeiversary?

i know, i know...too many anniversaries right now.  but on april 5 LAST year, julia and i moved into our great marina apartment {up a gazillion sets of narrow stairs, btw} and settled in to our little slice of heaven.  

and very fitting that today i am helping cody house hunt for HIS new san francisco apartment.  what a fun day.
